Residential Ventilation Specialist

Positive Ventilation is an independent, residential ventilation specialist with many years experience in successfully providing ventilation solutions for Private Homeowners, Landlords and Social Housing Providers throughout South Wales and the South West.

The range of services we provide include anything and everything involving residential ventilation - from the design, supply, installation, commissioning and certification of whole-house Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems in new-build properties to diagnosing and tackling condensation dampness problems in existing homes.

Design / Sales

Our Design/Sales Engineers are all Degree-qualified Mechanical/Electrical Engineers with extensive knowledge of Building Regulations and the wide range of products available on the market.

Installation

As well as being 18th Edition fully qualified electricians, our directly employed installers are all BPEC Qualified Domestic Ventilation Installers who have been assessed to do work under our membership of Napit's Ventilation and Electrical Competent Persons Schemes.

Our Credentials

In addition to the qualifications/accreditations mentioned under Design/Sales and Installation, we are members of the Government-endorsed TrustMark Scheme. We are 'Constructionline' registered and are a Part P and MCS approved installer through Napit.
